Thank you so much for being such a great instructor these last few months. Booty camp has been hands down the best, most challenging and exciting workout I've done. In 3 short months I've seen a huge improvement in my fitness level and physique. I can't wait to start up again next summer. My personal experience at the High Park BootyCamp with Dalia has been amazing! She is such a wonderful and caring instructor who genuinely asks you how your fitness goals are going and how she can help you with them. She will ask you for your eating journal and take a good look at it offering alternatives, and lets us know that we can email her anytime if we have questions or need suggestions. She is great in camp pushing you to a level she knows you can achieve while being understanding if you have difficulties, suggesting modifications if you need them. Dalia makes BootyCamps fun, always changing it up, having no session ever the same, which is great!

Hi Crista - I wanted to write you quick note to let you know how much i have enjoyed the past 8 weeks of boot camp. Truthfully I was quite hesitant to sign up, but after the first session knew I had made the right decision! (those squats and lunges sure do make a big difference).

I have definitely noticed my body respond to the series of excercises that you put us through - which makes me feel far more confident about slipping in to a bathing suit and the rest of my summer clothes! More importantly, your enthusiasm and great sense of humour make the hour go by quickly and almost painlessly! Thanks for keeping us motivated!

The 4 week program was great, and a fun and sweet instructor like Nina was a bonus! I had fun while being pushed to my limits doing various movements for different muscle groups. I've lost 17 pounds in an 8 weeks session, I honestly didn't think I would achieve such results when i initially started. I have more energy and feel so much stronger. I've had many compliments on how my legs look so strong and sexy and my butt is also looking nicely plump. :)

That's the best part when others notice. With amazing instructors, eating well and of course hard work (and I do mean Hard work), anyone can achieve the same results. Thank you so much Emily for whipping my butt, you have definitely exceeded my expectations.

Hey Jannah,

Just wanted to give you the feedback to my measurements...
I have lost 15.4 lbs and 14 inches....I lost 23.4 lbs and my body fat % has gone down 8.7%! Now I'm not in the "obese" category on the body fat calculator, I'm in the "acceptable” category! If I go down one more percentage, I will be in the "fitness" category which is absolutely exciting!!
