I wanted to pass along a big thank you. You've transformed my body
into something I never thought was possible.

I gained close to thirty pounds my first year of university. I have
since lost the weight but could never get rid of those "soft spots." I play many different sports on a regular basis but I was never able to shape up the way I wanted. Since taking your booty camp sessions, I dropped 2lbs and 5.5". I see muscles in my arms and shoulders that I never thought could happen.

I've never been happier with the body I have now and I really owe you a big thank you for the huge confidence boost. I love the body that I see in the mirror! All my friends see a huge difference in how lean I am now and I've inspired at least three friends so far to join your camps.

I did the Women's Only Boot Camp at about this time last year. I was 41 years old at the time, feeling lousy, and had caught every bug going around that winter. I signed on for the boot camp as an impulse, having just started yet another round of antibiotics for yet another sinus infection.

The boot camp was just what I needed. You were a terrific instructor, inspiring and enthusiastic. You reminded me of how good it felt to get moving again. At the end of the 8 weeks, I was feeling motivated enough to develop a program of exercise and lifestyle changes that continues to grow as of this day. I joined a
gym, enlisted the help of a personal trainer, and started biking with my husband.

This past winter I have felt the fruits of my labour. I haven't been sick once, I have more energy for every aspect of my life, and my stress level is down considerably. My husband and I rode a 100km bike ride (the Cambridge Tour de Grande) this past Sunday. It feels like a big accomplishment. We've signed up for a multi-day, many kilometer ride in the fall.

I tell everybody that it all started with Boot Camp. Thanks for helping me change my life.
