Sabrina's booty camp was both challenging and fun! It's a great way to enjoy the outdoors, the company of a group of great women, all the while improving your looks and most of all, the way you feel.

I've been trying to loose weight for sometime, and I had really hit a plateau in my training, but with Booty Camp Fitness, I've been able to break through my plateau and get the fitness results I want. In 8 weeks, I lost 15.75 inches, 7lbs of fat and I feel great!

I never thought I could do so many squats! I love Sabrina's Booty Camp Fitness class. It's different from any other fitness class I've taken before. The music was very motivating, the people were friendly and the workout was actually so much fun! But my favourite part about Booty Camp Fitness was that it was in the great outdoors.

I was a member of Sabrina Elliot’s Booty Camp Fitness boot camp in Markham during the spring session of 2008. From the start, Sabrina’s friendly and outgoing personality made the first day of class very easy. Her experience and skills as an instructor were obvious and she made learning challenging exercises fun and easy.
Sabrina is kind, knowledgeable and very easy to approach, making her an ideal booty camp instructor. Sabrina made sure to add lots of variety to each class so that each day was new and challenging and I always looked forward to the next class. Sabrina really encouraged me and the other booty camp members to push ourselves during booty camp. Day after day, she kicked our butts! As a result, after only four weeks I saw amazing results.
Prior to doing Sabrina’s booty camp, I had been in a weight-loss plateau for 8 weeks. Sabrina’s booty camp helped me bust through that plateau and lose 8.5 pounds in only four weeks! I also lost inches everywhere on my body- my arms, thighs, hips, chest and waist. I felt stronger and firmer and I couldn’t be happier with my results from Sabrina’s booty camp. In fact, I loved Sabrina’s booty camp so much that I decided to become a booty camp instructor myself.
Sabrina is such an amazing instructor that she inspired me to get involved with teaching booty camp. Just like Sabrina, I hope to help women achieve amazing results during their Booty Camp experience. When I signed up for Booty Camp I wasn’t sure what to expect. You know when you see photos of celebrities in bikinis and you wonder how they got that body? Well now I know because Booty camp changed my body completely! Sabrina is a great instructor who motivated us to strive for progress each class. She pushed us when we needed pushing and inspired us to keep going when we thought we couldn’t. I absolutely love the improvements in my body!!! After 8 weeks I lost 7 lbs, went down a dress size, slept better, increased my energy level, muscle strength, and cardio stamina; and I felt better mentally too.
