I used to be a person who always THOUGHT I would love a gym membership, but once I got one, the novelty would wear off in a very short amount of time. Then I would be paying for something I was never using. My husband bought me my first session of Booty Camp for my birthday, and I was nervous at first, thinking it would again be a novelty that would wear off. That was not the case; in fact it was quite the opposite. One session with Amanda as my instructor and I was hooked. Amanda is a very friendly outgoing instructor who goes out of her way to make sure we all have fun and get a great workout all at the same time. She is also a participant as well as an instructor. If she asks us to do something, she is right there doing it with us, whether it be in camp or doing the DVD on weekends. That in my eyes is the mark of a true team player, and a fantastic instructor.

Lastnight was the perfect example of why I love Booty Camp! I was tired and had no energy, I felt fat but wanted to stay in and eat chocolate, I was stressed out about work, BUT I got up off the couch, went to my workout and today I feel 100% better!

If you’re lucky enough to live in Kitchener/Waterloo – you can take Amanda’s camp. She is the BEST and really the reason why I keep signing up for more sessions!

She pushes each of us to our max with encouragement, positivity, leading by example and keeping it fresh each night. I’ve never had an instructor who really gets it and is genuinely there for the “love of whipping you into shape” as the email signature states.

That’s why Booty Camp is better than step/aerobic classes, circuit training, or any type of group workout. The instructors care, you see the results quickly and you feel empowered.

I recommend signing up for an outdoor session first – you really feel like you’re in boot camp......but have a lot more fun.

After I signed up and paid for Booty Camp I became very anxious as to what the camp was going to be like, who was going to be there and what had I gotten myself into. After my first session I still wasn’t sure. But as the camp went on and I got more confident and stronger I realized it was the best thing I had done for ME in awhile. After just the second session I signed up for another 4 week session. Booty Camp has been life changing for me. In just 4 weeks I lost almost 8 pounds and 7 inches, but GAINED self confidence that I could accomplish my goal to lead a healthier life. Amanda is absolutely wonderful, every session she is outgoing, energetic and caring making you feel right at home. She lets you work at your own pace while providing excellent feedback and encouragement to push just that much harder. Sessions fly by and before you know it the hour is up. The “burn” may last for a bit but in the end it is 100% worth it! I’m so glad I found Booty Camp Fitness!

I have tried many exercise/weight loss programs since I had my son and this is the only program that I have had results. Because of the results I have received I have more energy to play with my 1 ½ yr old son and I all around feel more confident with my appearance; which being a woman is very important.

Working out has always been a part of my life but has never my most favourite thing. Now that I am a Booty Camp Recruit I can honestly say that I love to work out!!! It is the one work out that I really look forward to!! Amanda is fantastic! She keeps the camps upbeat, fun and challenging. Just when you think you can't possibly hold your squat for one more second or do just one more push up, Amanda is right there beside you pushing you through it to help you meet your goals. She is always full of fun new ideas to keep you motivated and will always take the time to answer all of your questions. By the end of my 8 week camp I was more toned and stronger than I have ever been! Thanks Amanda!

After my sons were born I latterly did nothing for myself but last year I made a commitment to myself to get in shape, and to live a healthier lifestyle with my family. I made a vow to be the Mom running with her children, not the Mom on the side lines.

I tried a lot of things, two gyms, swimming, and countless fitness classes. They were all boring and I dreaded going. Then I tried Booty Camp and have been hocked ever since. Booty Camp is like nothing I have ever done before. The music is motivating, the camp is challenging. Amanda makes Booty Camp work! Amanda has the ability to push you to show you what you can accomplish. Amanda believes in this program, she believes in the power of motivation and she believes in me that I can achieve my goals. After Booty Camp I am stronger, faster, motivated and dedicated and enthusiastic about fitness. All my friends think I’m crazy because Booty Camp is outside, but I love it! Bootycamp is one of the most challenging but completely rewarding camps I have ever done! I was in martial arts for several years, I take a boxercise class and have done various aerobic classes at many different gyms, but Bootycamp is by far the one that gets the best results! I felt much more fit and strong after just a few sessions! Camp can be tough some days, but Amanda finds a way to keep you motivated, forcing you dig deep and not give up! If there is something that you really can't do, Amanda gives you an alternative exercise so you can still keep at it, but at your own level. And if you can do it, well then she pushes you to find your strength and really get the most from the session! It's hard to put into words exactly what the experience is like, but if I had to sum it up, it kicks booty!

I wish Booty Boot Camp would have come earlier for me! I joined for the July session and lost 7 pounds and 8 inches. This camp kept me motivated and energized. I hate working out and going to the gym but this class was actually something I really enjoyed! Even when I was feeling crappy I still went to class and came out feeling like a millions bucks!

I enjoyed the camp. I never realized that my butt could hurt so much in such a short period of time. It felt great in the end! The work-outs were a lot of fun and you kept us very motivated to achieve.

When I first heard about Booty Camp Fitness, I imagined myself as G.I. Jane digging through the trenches with sweat pouring down my face while my instructor barked orders at me. Booty Camp Fitness is not at all like this. However, I did find myself sweating and enduring some physical pain. It wasn't a bad pain but a good pain. The pain you get when you have woken up your muscles...as they say no pain, no gain.

Amanda Zettel was not at all intimidating as I imagined my Booty Camp instructor to be. I found Amanda to be very personable, fun loving and down right enjoyable to listen to. She is very motivating, encouraging and most of all she has this super up beat personality. She made the sessions so much fun, the time would just fly by and then it would be over. The best part about her is she challenges you till you can no longer take it and then you are onto the next move. She pumps you with a ton of encouragement that makes you want to keep going...Thanks for an awesome 8 weeks!

Joining Booty Camp Fitness was a lot of fun and it was great doing the exercises outside. I've met some other people and I actually looked forward to my sessions. Amanda is the best! She has lots of energy and her enthusiasm makes her sessions fun to do. I've already signed up for the next session and so are four of my friends. You should too!
