ABOUT Susan Chung
Hi Ladies!
My name is Susan Chung, and I am very excited to be leading the booty camp sessions at the Danforth location!
I love participating in high-intensity cardio workouts, such as Step, BOSU, Plyometric exercises, and Cardio Kickboxing. I also enjoy weight lifting and Yoga.
There are many benefits of regular activity, such as improving core strength (abdominal muscles!), increasing resting metabolism, decreasing body fat, and simply having more energy.
MY FITNESS SUCCESS STORY
Based on my experiences, leading and participating in various classes, I realized that many women underestimate their strengths. I learned the importance of believing in yourself, knowing that you are a strong individual, without limits.
I made a promise to myself that once I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor and able to lead various classes, I would help all the wonderful ladies out there develop the same passion for fitness that I have. I wanted to be a positive role model for my participants and show them that everyone is capable of achieving their personal fitness and health goals. You just need to make a personal commitment to yourself, and go for it and stick to it!

FEEL FIT AND HEALTHY INSIDE, AND OUTSIDE!
It has always been my passion to help women with different fitness levels, reach their ultimate fitness and health goals. I believe that when you are feeling fit and healthy on the outside, you will also feel the same in the inside.
In the pursuit of health and improved quality of life, we need to recognize that for personal growth, we need balance in our lives.
This is an excerpt from the Can-Fit-Pro manual:
Mind: Our minds need intellectual stimulation for growth and challenge
Body: Our bodies gather physical strength through physical activity, and exercise
Spirit: The Spirit within us helps give us purpose in life and assists in motivating each one of us to personal growth.
It is so satisfying for me to see the expressions of a well-done workout on my participants' faces. It shows that I have helped my participants move forward, closer to their goals, whatever they may be.
Leading a healthy life style everyday is as natural as breathing, once you know the basics of it. I am here to show and guide you.
OUTSIDE BOOTY CAMP FITNESS
When I am not teaching at the gym, I love staying active by taking long walks in nature, riding my bike, taking belly-dance and salsa dance lessons. I also love shopping (shoes, shoes, shoes), reading novels, and going to the movies.
