ABOUT Sara Perciballi

Hi, my name is Sara Perciballi and I am so excited to start up the program in Newmarket and get those girlies up north in tip top shape!!!

I am so excited to be a bikini booty camp instructor because I love helping women get into shape!!! Group fitness is so much fun and everyone feeds off each other’s energy which makes us work harder and working harder means better results! I love to motivate my team and it is a great feeling to see the changes in participants strength and confidence as we work together to achieve our fitness goals.

A Group Fitness Expert

I have always lived an active life since the age of six when I started competitive dance. I danced for 15 years and when I stopped I had to keep moving so I started taking kick boxing classes and aerobic classes and realized that I wanted to be the one up there getting people into shape. I decided to take my Fitness Instructor Specialist course and my first class was a boot camp at York University, where I was also completing my studies in Health and Society and Kinesiology. From here I started working at various gyms and community centers teaching different types of aerobic classes, such as step, pump, kick box, spinning, aqua, yoga and pilates at one point teaching 27 classes a week! During this time, I also took my personal training course and started to train clients at the gym too!

Working Out Should Be YOUR Time

I believe women need fitness in their lives to help keep us strong and healthy not only physically, but mentally too! Working out should be your time that you take for yourself, where you focus on you and worry only about you! We live such busy lives and we are always worrying about work and everyone else around us and we sometimes forget to take care of the most important person, ourselves! It is a mental break from life that we all need, and when physically we start seeing changes in our bodies and an overall boost of energy, we walk with our heads higher and a bigger smile on our faces!

Think About How Great You Are Going
To Feel After Your Workout!

My fitness philosophy is that everyone has the ability to be active and live a healthy life. I always say “don’t think about how you feel before you workout, think about how you are going to feel after your workout!” I know it can be a struggle to get even 20-30 minutes of fitness into your schedule, but that amazing feeling of “YES, I CAN DO IT” or “I FEEL SO GREAT” after the workout is done, says it all!!! If you’re just starting out, even a 15 minute walk is a huge achievement, take little steps at a time and I guarantee they will get a lot BIGGER!

Outside of Booty Camp

My hobbies are mountain biking and jogging, two activities that I have always loved to do. When the warm weather hits, I love being outside playing sports like soccer, baseball and tennis, which is always fun to do with friends and family!

I am a full time teacher and I also instruct various fitness classes at a gym part time. I enjoy spending time with my husband, my family and friends whether it be going out for dinner and dancing or just staying in cooking up a nice meal and watching a movie!
