ABOUT Sabrina Elliott
Hi Ladies,
My name is Sabrina Elliott. I have to say I am so excited for this opportunity to be your Booty Camp Fitness Instructor. I have always had a passion for fitness, especially boot camps as I know how it has transformed my body over time and now I get to help women of all ages to do the same. We all have challenges set in front of us and what better way than to conquer those challenges with women in your area, having fun, and meeting women with this same mind set while enjoying the great outdoors. Let’s get you reaching your goals and loving your body in no time. Grab a girlfriend and let’s get you whipped into shape!
My Fitness Success Story
Fitness and Sports have always seemed to play a role in my life. Whether it was playing soccer, volleyball, power cheerleading or just taking a step class. But it was not till after University and putting on some extra weight that I knew I had to change something about myself. I was very sluggish and seemed to always just be getting by. So one day I decided to hire a personal trainer at my local gym. This was the best investment I have ever made for myself. It has been 8 years since that day and I have to say my life has changed dramatically. I was able to shed those extra pounds of fat and turn it into muscle, learn how to get the proper nutrition my body needed and see results. Once I learned what I needed to do to stay in shape and maintain my body it was much easier.
In the summer of 2007 I hit a plateau at the gym and just needed a change to keep me motivated and my body in shape. I had found out about Booty Camp Fitness. I joined with my girlfriend and I can now say that it was the best thing we both could have done. It was something we looked forward to each week! I cancelled my gym membership and took Booty Camp Fitness three sessions in a row. I believe it is the best 1hr workout that fits into any women’s busy schedule. With doing all of this, I had decided to take it to the next level and complete my Can-Fit-Pro professional certification to help women like me feel confident, fit and love life.

I keep myself up to date by reading fitness magazines, websites and the many books on nutrition and weight training. With all of this knowledge I have gained, I have a passion for putting it to good use and helping others to achieve their goals.
Passion & Commitment = Results
Fitness is just not about the way you look, it is about the way you feel. The bottom line is that you are looking for results. Results will only show with complete honesty and commitment from only one person and that is “YOU”.
We as women need to believe in ourselves that we can achieve our best results with focus, determination and of course commitment. The hardest part is the commitment, but once you commit there is no turning back and results will start to come in.
I don’t believe in fad diets, but what I do believe in is clean eating and dedication to working out. One of the things that I have taken away from my past 8 years of working out is that eating a healthy 4-6 small portions a day helps to increase your muscle mass, which increases your metabolism. The higher your metabolic rate the more calories you will burn throughout the day without even doing anything!
My words of advice to all women are “be strong, eat clean, stayed focused on your exercise program and you will end up with the results of a life time. Anything is possible with determination and consistency!
My Athletic Hobbies…
There are many athletic hobbies that I like to do to stay fit. They include volleyball, rollerblading, yoga, weight training, spinning and of course teaching Booty Camp Fitness.
Life Outside of Booty Camp
By day, I have a very fun and interesting job as a Territory Manager for a wine agency and by night, I stay busy with instructing Booty Camp Fitness. I love both of my jobs and could not ask for a better balance in my life.
When I do get some spare time, you can find me in the kitchen preparing healthy meals and entertaining family and friends, reading up on the latest nutritional facts, shopping, catching some rays on a beach or travelling.
I live each day to the fullest, embrace what is put in front of me and keep an open mind and positive attitude!
