What is Booty Camp?

Booty Camp Fitness Inc. (BCF) offers an 8 week women’s only super-slimming, body-sculpting boot camp that gets women bikini-ready in as little as two nights a week! Locations are outdoors for Fall, Spring, and Summer, and indoors for the Winter (renting space).

Designed to help women feel good about their bodies. BCF is not an ‘in-your-face-hard-core’ military style boot camp. BCF is a fun and friendly fitness program that is designed for women to progressively challenge themselves: no pressure to participate and no competition.

BCF welcomes women of all ages and levels of fitness, and provides a total-body workout that combines:

  • Circuit training
  • Hand-to-hand cardio combat (no contact)
  • Core strengthening
  • Body sculpting
  • Yoga

To target trouble spots and sculpt you from head-to-toe.

How Does It Work?
  1. Participates (AKA “Recruits”) sign-up for an 8 or 4 week Booty Camp program.
  2. Recruits attend and give 100% positive energy to their Booty Camp workout twice per week.
  3. Recruits watch the Booty Camp’s At Home Workout DVD and workout to one of the three at-home workouts once per week.
  4. Eat at least one nutritious and delicious meal from Booty Camp’s Healthy Cookbook or Daily Recipe Newsletter each and every single day, and have one “cheat day” (see nutrition philosophy) and save all their snacking for only one day per week.
  5. Results “Recruits” can look forward to once they’ve completed camp are:
    • Up to 16 lbs weight reduction
    • 1 - 6 inches reduced in your thighs, midsection, and arms
    • A boost in your immune system, and a decrease in sick days
    • 25 - 100% increase in strength and stamina
    • An energized yet relaxed feeling…
How Booty Camp is Different Than ‘Other Boot Camps’?

Since Booty Camp started there has been many ‘other Boot Camps’ that have started: some awful, some okay, and very few compare to us in design/results/value:

Women’s only, which means you can come and sweat, wear no make-up, and be yourself.   Co-Ed, which means you may feel self-conscience about sweating and not wearing make-up around the boys.
Designed for women, which means the exercises target a woman’s trouble spots from head to toe (booty, tummy, etc.).   Designed for men, which means most of the exercises will be designed for a man’s body (chest, arms, etc.).
Full nutritional support, which means you can follow a sound nutritional plan consistently, and are more likely to achieve almost any fitness goal.   No nutritional support, which means it will be very difficult to achieve your fitness goal.
Regular fitness assessments, which means you’ll know where you are, how much progress you’ve made, and when you’ve achieved your goal.   No fitness assessments, which means you’ll have almost no idea where you are, if you’ve progressing, or if you’ve achieved your goal or not.
Start and end at the same time, which means you’ll be starting at the exact same time as other women, and they may be striving for similar fitness goals as you are.   Start anytime, which means you’re most likely the only new person starting, and everyone could be more advanced than you.
