"I just wanted to share my results because I am so very proud of my accomplishments! I lost 12 pounds and 10 inches in 8 weeks! I went to my sessions, ate at least one meal from the recipe email a day (not necessarily in the order they came to my inbox) and did the DVD work out on the weekend. I am half way to my fitness goal and can't wait for the April camp to start so I can really push for my bikini body!"
