ABOUT Natasha Moore
Hey ladies!
My name is Natasha Moore and I am honoured to be a part of this new adventure in your life. I am passionate about exercise and working out in a group session because we all motivate each other. I started taking Booty Camp fitness classes earlier this year and I can’t get enough of it. I look forward to making you a Booty Camp fitness addict too!
WE CAN LOOK TO EACH OTHER FOR SUPPORT AND INSPIRATION
Fitness must be fun and challenging. I like to feel my muscles working hard and still have a smile on my face. As demanding as our schedules can be, I believe that we MUST take time out consistently to care for our bodies and improve or maintain our fitness level. I have personally witnessed what commitment, hard (but fun) work and consistency does for your overall health (mental and physical). All you need to do is take the first step. The best thing you can do is to join a group fitness class like Booty Camp Fitness. Surrounding yourself with women working hard to achieve their individual goals is extremely motivating. We can look to each other for support and inspiration.
WHY INSTRUCT BOOTY CAMP?
Booty Camp helped me to achieve my fitness goals and now I want to do the same for others. I fell in love with exercise in the 8th grade when I was introduced to the 20 Minute Workout. I would wake up at 6 AM every morning so I could do those crazy hi impact workouts. I felt so strong and energized afterward and I’ve never stopped working out since (at least in some capacity).
There were times in my life when I was not AS consistently active and I genuinely missed it. I felt like there was something missing in my life. I participated in various types of physical fitness such as; yoga, hi/low aerobics, pilates, step aerobics and weight training. My most recent and best discovery was Booty Camp. I took Nadine’s class and felt myself get stronger and saw myself physically transform. Nadine’s powerful moves and encouraging words motivated me during each class. As a certified Fitness Instructor through Can-Fit Pro I look forward to inspiring some of you to do the same. I simply want to “pay it forward”. My goal for each class is to push you a little harder, make you smile a little bigger and make you feel better than you did before you started.
HOBBIES, CAREER AND FUN
I love to play volleyball, especially on sand, even though I’m not the best player. Outside of fitness, I am a full time elementary school teacher. There’s nothing better than witnessing new learning on a daily basis.
When I’m not working or exercising, I’m watching a great movie, reading a short book, taking a hot yoga class, listening to a variety of music or sharing time with people I care about most.
