ABOUT Jennifer Kellar
Hi Ladies,
My name is Jennifer Kellar and I am so excited to join Booty Camp because women’s health and fitness is what I love to do and what I believe in. The fresh air and the energy of the group at Booty Camp is very motivating. It is definitely fun, friendly fitness. Instructing a Booty Camp provides me with an opportunity to expand my one to one training into a group atmosphere where women can unite, and celebrate our strengths while we motivating and inspiring each other to reach a higher level of fitness.
Strong, Beautiful and Feminine Really Do Work Well Together!
It has been my experience that one of the most common things that I see with my female clients is that they really underestimate their abilities. I love it when I can push my women to break through their personal barriers and I love seeing the excitement and feeling of empowerment when they accomplish things they never thought were possible.
The best changes in your body come when you incorporate a healthy diet and resistance training. It truly is fun and exciting to discover fitness and find out just what you are capable of. All I ask of my ladies is that they trust that I will set them up to win and that they be willing to step out of the box and see that the words strong, beautiful and feminine really do work well together!

- I am NSCA – Personal Trainer certified.
- In addition I am Can-Fit-Pro Personal Trainer Specialist certified.
- I am a certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant through AFPA.
- I have a certificate in Sports Nutrition from American Academy of Nutrition and Huntington College.
- I have a Foundations for the Health and Fitness Professional Certificate from NASM.
Beyond Booty Camp
Thanks to the influence of my son my recent athletic hobby/obsession is football. It is definitely one of the best sports. I love throwing the ball around with my son and watching any football game whether it be at the stadium or on TV.
Overall I love competition and I’ll participate in anything athletic. I was recently in a Firefighter Challenge event and our team won 2nd place. I was always involved in team sports and although I don’t play on any organized teams currently I will play pick up soccer, baseball, volleyball or basketball when the opportunity arises.
In the gym my personal focus is on weight lifting combined with a lot of conditioning workouts.
I love spending time with my son, husband and beautiful black lab Chelsea.
For fun and my career I own and operate my own Private Training Studio – Let Go Health and Fitness Solutions. I train men and women of all ages and fitness levels. It is strictly a one on one personal training studio. I have clients from the ages of 14 up to the age of 67. I have been doing this part time for a few years and I recently took the leap and I am in the process of building this up to a full time business.
In addition to my studio I am also actively involved in my fourth year as a Firefighter with Front of Yonge Township.
