What if it’s really cold outside?

Dress warmly because fall Booty Camp Fitness sessions will be outside. We recommend you dress in layers, with a lighter long sleeve layer on bottom and a couple of zip up layers over top. You would be surprised how warm you get 10 minutes into the class. Gloves and hat are also recommended if it gets chilly.

If it's a WINTER session, we'll hold the Booty Camp Fitnesss inside at a local gym, dance studio, etc. Locations TBA.
