If, for whatever reason you are unable to attend Booty Camp, refunds will be offered so long as you give sufficient notice prior to your session start date. The cut-off time for refunds or credits is 7 days PRIOR to your Booty Camp session start date; however, we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. It may take up to 5 business days to process a refund.
Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellation will result in NO refunds or credits issued. This is due to the fact that you had reserved a spot in the session that we can no longer fill after the session has started.
If you had signed up for 4 weeks, but wish to continue for the full 8 weeks you can register for the second half at a slightly discounted rate. That is, a 4 week rate of $10 off when they are posted online in the second week of sessions. On the other hand, the benefit of signing up for 8 weeks upfront is that you receive the fully discounted price.
Booty Camp Fitness programs run year round. We run 8 week sessions starting in January, April, June, August and October. 4 week programs start in January, February, April, May, June, July, August, September, October and November.
Please check locations for current camps available in your area. If you are interested in joining a later session, sign up for Alerts in your location to be notified when camps in your area are available for registration. Sessions are usually posted 3-5 weeks before their start date.
Many of our instructors are career women who do Booty Camp in the evening as their passion. With that being said, during these months where we experience lower enrollment numbers, we like to give them the opportunity to book some vacation time to get that much needed R&R for their bodies. In doing so, this also allows our instructors to completely devote their time to you lovely ladies during the regular season.
Similar to the previous question, many of our instructors are both career women and certified personal trainers/fitness instructors that teach Booty Camp in the evening and are therefore unavailable for morning sessions. Besides, getting up at 5:00 am is not fun ;)

The main reason why Sammie won’t be teaching her own session is because she has the huge responsibility of managing all of our locations. Instead, her focus will be implementing quality control methods and continuous training and support of our licensees, as well as adding and improving our client bonuses. We are growing quickly and it is very important to Sammie as the creator of Booty Camp Fitness to make sure that each instructor is providing the best service(s) to their recruits at every session, and in doing so, portraying Booty Camp Fitness as we would like to be portrayed, so that you, as a client, get the most out of your Booty Camp! You may have an opportunity to take a session with Sammie at a trade show or if she visits your Booty Camp!
No, being outside in the snow is not the most ideal of settings for working out, which is why during the coolder months (October through April) we run boot camps indoors at a local facility i.e. school, dance studio, recreational centre, etc.
Booty Camp Fitness allows you to work at your own pace, plus modifications are given for many of the exercises. That being said, because of the large number of squats and lunges we do, if you have any SERIOUS knee injury or disability it would be best that you consult a physician for approval before signing up for Booty Camp Fitness.
If you inform us of your knee injury, we as health-conscious professionals will require a doctor’s note of approval before you are allowed to participate in any of our sessions.
No, pregnant women are not able to participate in any Booty Camp sessions unless otherwise given permission in the form of a PAR Med X form filled in by their physician. The risks to the fetus are greatly increased when engaging in exercises that significantly raise the heart rate.
If your pregnancy is not complicated (i.e. separated abdominal muscles), it is considered safe to engage in activity 6 weeks after giving birth. However, after a pregnancy we do recommend that you check with your physician to obtain official clearance before starting any kind of activity.

Yes, we hold a high standard for all of our Elite Drill Instructors. They are required to be either Certified Personal Trainers or Fitness Instructors by Can-Fit Pro, CPTN or another well Recognized International Fitness Institution.
Yes! All of our instructors are required to have Fitness Professional Liability Insurance.
Absolutely, it is a requirement by our liability insurer, fitness professional governing bodies (e.g. Can-Fit-Pro, CPTN, etc), and us that all of our instructors have up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications (we really do care about your safety).
Booty Camp Fitness is an outdoor fitness program and like any outdoor program, weather will sometimes become a factor. Similar to organizations like the Running Room, weather will not necessarily delay or cancel a session. There are two "rain scenarios" and consequentially two different solutions:
First Scenario and SolutionIf it is "lightly" raining (no thunderstorm warning) on the night of your Booty Camp session, the session is STILL A GO so please dress appropriately (hat, gloves, water proof outerwear, etc.).
Second Scenario and SolutionIf it is raining heavily or there is mention of a thunderstorm WARNING (based on the
Weather Network) we will CANCEL your Booty Camp session. IMPORTANT: for the most accurate and up-to-date information, log into the recruits-only section to check the ticker at 5:00 p.m. the day of. If your session is cancelled, you must check the ticker to confirm whether your camp is cancelled or not.

Dress warmly because fall Booty Camp Fitness sessions will be outside. We recommend that you dress in layers, with some zip up layers over top a lighter long sleeve layer underneath. You’d be surprised how warm you get within 10 minutes of the session. Gloves and hats are also good to have when it gets chilly.
Winter sessions, which mainly consist of the colder months, will be held inside at a local gym, dance studio, recreational centre, etc.
It is VERY difficult to find an indoor venue that is available for sessions year round because it conflicts with the times that sessions are run. In addition, most indoor studios charge $50/hr, meaning we would have to rent them every evening that we have sessions in order to keep them "on hold." This would result in a dramatic price increase for your Booty Camp sessions in order to recoup our costs for the space, which is not what we want because we strive to keep an affordable price for you as a recruit. Therefore, we decided not to keep an indoor venue “on hold.”

Dress appropriately because between May and September, Booty Camp sessions will be held outside. We recommend that you wear light, breathable clothing and be sure to bring extra bottles of water so that you stay hydrated. Consuming water before, during and after camp is strongly advised. During your session, listen to your body and take rests/breaks as needed.
We understand if you have to go on vacation or travel for work. Please do your best to notify us in advance and in turn, we will do our best to accommodate you by providing options to make up the sessions. You are always welcome to make up sessions* on alternate days at another location if you notify us in advance.
*Maximum 2 make-up sessions per 4 week program.

For example, if you registered for the Monday and Wednesday sessions, those are your sessions! But, if the odd time you need to do a Tuesday or Thursday session, you can ask for permission from your elite Drill Instructor prior to the session and she will most likely let you switch..

If your city issues an EXTREME heat alert (based on your city’s official website, i.e.
www.toronto.ca) your Booty Camp session will be CANCELLED at your instructor’s discretion. We're a fun and friendly fitness program that is designed for women to progressively challenge themselves as they work towards their best selves. Our "boot camp" program (defined as an "intensive group fitness training program") is designed to help women lose weight, get their ultimate beach body, and have fun while getting a great workout.
Absolutely, Booty Camp Fitness welcomes women of all ages and levels of fitness from the first-timer to the fitness fanatic! Booty Camp is a fun, effective alternative to the average gym workout! However, if you are an advanced athlete and looking for a hardcore, in your face program this boot camp is not for you.
Booty Camp is packaged in four and eight week sessions rather than drop-in class passes. We’ve set it up this way because in order to get results, it’s best to attend camp consistently for the four or eight week period and this policy holds recruits accountable to that format. We are Fun and Friendly but this is a boot camp and for our ladies to get the best results all sessions must be completed within your registration period.
Additionally, since our permits only allow us to have a certain number of ladies in the space at a time, we can’t account for you in the next round of sessions. Also, we cap our camps at a maximum number of recruits that allows instructors to give everyone the attention and support they need to reach their goals. It becomes difficult to track if recruits want to carry missed workouts forward when their session has ended.

You are required to bring:
- A towel or yoga mat to lay on the ground
- A bottle of water to every session
- Appropriate athletic clothing
- Running shoes (without appropriate footwear you CANNOT participate, i.e. sandals)
- A sweat towel
Otherwise, all of your fitness materials will be provided for you.
