If you are unable to attend booty camp we can offer you a refund if you
give us notice prior to your session start date (within 48 hours),
however we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. It may take up to 5 business days to process a refund.
If we are notified after this point there will be NO refunds or credits
issued. This is due to the fact that you had reserved a spot in the
session that we can no longer fill after the session has started.
If you sign up for 4 weeks and want to continue for the full 8 weeks you can register for the second half at a slightly discounted 4 week rate of $10 off when they are posted online in the second week of sessions. The benefit of signing up for 8 weeks upfront is that you receive the fully discounted price.
Booty Camp Fitness runs programs year round with one session each season. We run 8 week programs starting in January, April, June and September. 4 week programs start in January, February, April, May, June, July, September and October.
Please check locations for current classes available in your area. If you are interested in joining a later program sign up for Alerts in your location to be notified when programs are available for registration in your area. Classes are usually posted 3-5 weeks before their start date.
Because these months tend to have lower enrollment numbers, and most of our instructors are career women who do Booty Camp in the evenings as their passion, we like to take the opportunity to allow them the freedom to book vacation time and get some much needed R&R for their bodies. This also allows them to totally dedicate their time to you ladies during the regular season as they have pre-scheduled blocks of time for vacation, meaning they don't need to miss any sessions with their beloved recruits.
Many of our instructors are career women who are also certified as personal trainers or fitness instructors and teach Booty Camp as their passion in the evening and are therefore unavailable for morning sessions. Besides getting up at 5:00 am is not fun ;)

Sammie will not be teaching her own session, due to the large responsibility of managing all of our locations. Instead she will be focussing on implementing quality control methods and continuous training and support of our licensees as well as adding and improving our client bonuses. We are growing quickly and it is very important to Sammie as the creator of this product to make sure that each instructor is providing the best services to their students in the session, and portraying Booty Camp Fitness as we would like to be portrayed, so that you, as a client, get the most out of your Booty Camp! You may have an opportunity to take a session with Sammie at a trade show or if she visits your Booty Camp!
Booty Camp Fitness allows you to work at your own pace and modifications are given for many of the exercises. That being said, because of the large number of squats and lunges that we do, if you have any SERIOUS knee injury or disability it would be best that you consult a physician for approval before signing up for Booty Camp Fitness.
If you notify us of your knee injury, as health professionals we will require a doctors note approving you for participation before you will be allowed to join in on a session.
No, pregnant ladies are not able to participate in Booty Camp sessions due to the risks to the fetus associated with engaging in exercises that significantly raise the heart rate.
If your pregnancy is not complicated (ie. Separated abdominal muscles) it is considered safe to engage in activity again 6 weeks after giving birth. Please however check with your physician before starting this or any other exercise program after a pregnancy to obtain official clearance.
The minimum age requirement to participate in a Booty Camp Fitness is
16 years old (with parental/guardian signature) or 18 years old without
guardian signature.
Yes! We hold a high standard for all of our Elite Drill Instructors and all of our instructors are required to be Certified Personal Trainers or Fitness Instructors by Can-Fit Pro, CPTN or another Recognized International Fitness Institution.
Yes! All of our instructors are required to have Fitness Professional Liability Insurance.
Absolutely all of our instructors have up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications because it's required by our liability insurer, fitness professional governing bodies (e.g. Can-Fit-Pro, CPTN, etc.), and us (we really do care about your safety).
Booty Camp Fitness is an outdoor fitness program and like any other
outdoor program weather sometimes comes into play. Similar to
organizations like the Running Room weather will
not necessarily delay
or cancel a session. There are two "rain scenerios" and consequential two different solutoins:
- If it is "lightly" raining (no thunderstorm warning) the night of your Booty Camp session, then the session will RUN, I repeat your Booty Camp session will be on. Please dress appropriately for the weather (hat, gloves, water proof outerwear, etc.).
- If it is thunder-storming or it is thunder-storming (thunderstorm warnings), we will CANCEL your Booty Camp session. IMPORTANT, we will only decide to cancel a session at 5:00 pm day of your session. If your session is canceled, you must call our "Weather Cancellation" Hotline available at (Ontario: 866.620.7493, Alberta: 877.496.3316, & British Columbia: 888.254.3208) to find out whether your session is running or canceled (only call after 5:00 pm day of your session).

Dress warmly because fall Booty Camp Fitness sessions will be outside. We
recommend you dress in layers, with a lighter long sleeve layer on
bottom and a couple of zip up layers over top. You would be surprised
how warm you get 10 minutes into the class. Gloves and hat are also
recommended if it gets chilly.
If it's a WINTER session, we'll hold the Booty Camp Fitnesss inside at a
local gym, dance studio, etc. Locations TBA.
There are a few reasons that we do not run classes indoors when it is raining.
First, it is VERY difficult to find an indoor location that is available for sessions year round at the times that we run classes.
Secondly, most indoor studios rent out for up to $50/hr and we would have to rent them every evening that we hold classes in order to keep them "on hold". This would result in a dramatic increase to the price for your booty camp sessions in order to recoup our costs for the space and because we want to keep Booty Camp affordable for you as a recruit, we choose not to have an indoor location "on hold".
We understand if you have to go on vacation or travel for work. Please notify us in advance and we will do our best to provide you with options to make up the classes. You are always welcome to make up classes* on alternate days in another location if you notify us in advance.
*Maximum 2 make-up classes per 4 week program.

For example, if you register for the Monday and Wednesday classes, those are your classes! But, if the odd time you need to do a Tuesday or Thursday class, you can ask for permission from your elite Drill Instructor prior to the class and she will most likely let you switch.

via email. The "make-up" session will most likely be on the Saturday between 10 and 11 am.

We're a fun and friendly fitness program that is designed for women to progressively challenge themselves as they work towards their best selves. Our "boot camp" program (defined as an "intensive group fitness training program") is designed to help women lose weight, get their ultimate beach body, and have fun while getting a great workout.
Booty Camp Fitness welcomes women of all ages and levels of fitness from the first timer to the fitness fanatic! Booty Camp is a fun, effective alternative to the average gym workout! However, if you are an advanced athlete and looking for a hardcore, in your face program this boot camp is not for you.

contact us because we’ll post the location, dates, and times that you want on our website and try to get you more people for your semi-private Booty Camp Fitness.
You are required to bring:
- A towel or yoga mat to lay on the ground
- A bottle of water to each and every class
- Appropriate athletic clothing
- Running shoes (without appropriate footwear you canNOT participate, ie. sandals)
- A small towel
