Rules and Regulations of The New You Challenge
Challenge Criteria
The winner will equally be determined by the best transformation:
- Body photos (i.e. best contrasting before and after photos)
- Measurements (i.e. most inches, weight, and body fat percentage lost)
- Story (i.e. short essay about inner and outer transformation)
Entrants will be required to submit their transformational story, "before" and "after" photos, and submit their “before and after” measurements (body fat loss, weight loss, etc.) to demonstrate their own body transformation.
The Written Essay (33% of score)
The essay must be 500-1000 words, and must describe how the body transformation has improved/impacted their life. Topics for discussion may include why the registrant entered the challenge, how taking Booty Camp Fitness benefited them and how they might motivate others to achieve success through the use of the Booty Camp Fitness.
The essay becomes the sole property of Booty Camp Fitness to be used in any manner deemed appropriate.
"Before" and "After" Photos (33% of score)
Each contestant must submit three poses of "before" and "after" photos, of the front, back, and profile; each set must show frontal, rear, and side poses in the upright position.
NOTE: No “posing”, simply stand naturally and let it all hang out.
The photos must be authentic and not altered or modified. The same type of clothing must be worn in both sets of photos. High-quality photos are recommended to show the best results; unusually revealing photos will be deemed invalid.
- The purpose of the photos is to demonstrate a clear body transformation that has been achieved through hard work, effort and determination in completing a comprehensive nutrition and exercise regimen, incorporating Booty Camp Fitness.
- The recommended size of the photo is 4" x 6" and 300 dpi. Contestants should take the photos using a white or light color with a solid backdrop for optimal visibility. Please avoid taking photos in cluttered spaces.

The photo becomes the sole property of Booty Camp Fitness to be used in any manner deemed appropriate.
Challenge Time Line
In order to show significant results, the challenge length will run for the full year of 2010 with each 8 week Booty Camp being classified as an entry period.
Contestants must register for a consecutive 8 week Booty Camp Fitness session, and are encouraged to register for the full 8 week period, however, if you choose to only register for the first 4 weeks, you will be required to register for the 2nd 4 week for your entry to be valid.
Entry must be no later than 7 days after the first class of your 8 week Booty Camp session (via Online Registration Form).
All challenge requirements (essay, photos, etc.) must be received by Booty Camp Fitness no later than 7 days after the final class of your 8 week Booty Camp program.
Winners will be announced December 14, 2010.
Challenge Eligibility
- Contestant must be a participant of a full 8 week Booty Camp in 2010.
- Winners may be required to sign an affidavit attesting to their participation in a Booty Camp during the challenge period.
Official Rules and Regulations
- Contestants must be 19 years of age or older to enter.
- Booty Camp Fitness will only contact the winners at the end of the contest.
- The New You Challenge begins January 5th, 2010. All contestants must submit a completed New You Challenge Form, online at: www.bootycampfitness.com/new-you-challenge.php
- All “before” and "after" photographs and the written story must be received by Booty Camp Fitness no later than 7 days after the completion of your 8 week Booty Camp session. Electronic copies are preferred, please submit them to: Challenge@BootyCampFitness.com
- Or if you must submit your results slowly, submit them to:

- It is each contestant’s responsibility to provide the New You Challenge with the correct contact information. Contestants may enter multiple times for each 8 week session completed in 2010. Booty Camp Fitness is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due mail or entries, or typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the challenge, or in the announcement of the prize.
- Booty Camp Fitness may request sales receipts in order to verify the required monthly purchase of Booty Camp Fitness session.
- Challenge finalists will be notified by phone or online no later than December 14, 2010.
