I would like to take a moment and tell you what a great instructor Natasha was. She taught us well, gave us encouragement... and worked us out hard, she explained all the exercises and gave us alternatives and she worked out with us every single week, and for someone like me (absolutely no coordination), it was greatly appreciated.
