My name is Sarah Rawlingson and I am excited to have the opportunity to whip some booty into shape! My goal is to help women feel better about themselves, resulting in a happier and sexier you. I am a certified Personal Training Specialist from Can-Fit-Pro, a Fitness Boot Camp Instructor through Boot Camp University and an extremely proud graduate of Booty Camp Fitness with my up to date CPR certification.
My fitness story started in 2008 when I was 245 pounds and very unhappy. I started working out at a gym, but soon realized that I needed more of a challenge to ultimately get me the results I wanted. I love the outdoors so I decided to look into boot camps and came across Booty Camp. I was hooked from the very first class. I knew I wanted to make fitness my career when I had reached my weight loss goals. I have now lost 100 pounds and feel awesome! Booty camp has been nothing but a positive experience for me all around - from the group atmosphere to the amazing workouts that helped me to achieve my goals.

Fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle is very important to me. You have to eat healthy along with exercise. I eat clean 7 days a week with 1 cheat meal this gives my body a well deserved reward. I also love trying new healthy recipes every week and actively keeping a food journal of what I eat so I can stay on track and feel great about my choices. I continuously push myself and keep my body guessing. Going to the gym 5 days a week making sure I work as hard as I can for the duration of my workout, and of course feeling awesome after I am done! I challenge myself with some Hot Yoga, being outside whenever it is a great day with some good tunes, and going to be kicking it up a notch in 2010 with some boxing!
Aside from instructing Booty Camp I am an in-home personal trainer and love working one on one with women in the comfort of their own home.
