In order to better serve my female clients, I founded SkyHigh Fitness (personal training company).

Since then I’ve written a workout journal called “The Ultimate Girls’ Guide to a Healthy & Sexy Body” and have Breakfast Television, on OMNI TV, on CBC Television, and in the Toronto SUN.
